Policy

Late-If you are 7 or more minutes late, your appointment will be considered a walk in and your technician will move on. (Please call ahead if you know you are running late).

No Show- Anything past 10 mins is considered a no show. Your card will be charged 50% of what you booked for on Booksy.

Booking Policy

Please remember after selecting the client name, add in the notes that you are requesting a particular tech, if not it will be considered a general appointment.

Service Policy

​

We do not offer any refunds once serviced is rendered. Please let your technician know after the first finger if you dislike like the color of choice, shape, or length.
 

A color change charge will be applied if your technician has to change the color after all 10 nails have been applied.

​

If you are unhappy with your service, let your technician know immediately or notify us within 24 hours via IG DM @flexinailsspa so it can be fixed.
